Tracking Your Order:

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable).

Wrong Address DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.


In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, Textures Hair does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered. Textures by Phenomenal Hair Salon offers priority mail with signature confirmation for an additional $4 which can be purchased at checkout. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms delivery, please contact the designated shipping company (USPS, FEDX or DHL) for Assistance. Textures is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.  Please contact the carrier to submit a claim due their negligence and failure to meet your expectation. Textures Luxury Hair does not ship to P.O. Boxes: If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled.


Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers. Security confirmation may be required if any of the below criteria are applicable: * Billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider * Shipping address is different from billing address * Order total is greater than a designated value.
